We had a great experience at Twisted Fish! If you are coming to Juneau and want great seafood, this place should definitely be on your list. We ordered the First Mate Plate (featuring a half portion of salmon and a half portion of halibut) and a baked salmon in a puff pastry. Both entrees tasted excellent and were well worth the price. Our waitress provided great service as well.

Amazing salmon and fish tacos!

Cedar plank salmon was good, mac n cheese was great, bar tender was quick and witty. Tiny bar, but they can sling a lot of drinks. Great patio. Sometimes there's a long wait, it just depends on how many ships & when they're leaving. Call ahead if you can.

Stopped for dinner at this wonderful eating establishment. I ordered Halibut fish and chips. Excellent tasting with the light breading on it. My wife ordered shrimp which was excellent as well. The beer was cold and the service we had was great.

Disappointing salmon. Not fresh and overcooked. Sent the first plate back and they brought the same overcooked version.

Awesome king crab tacos. My favorite yet. Highly recommend to try if you want something different. So Good!Editing.. right at a year later and I still think about this taco, haha. Cant find anything like it where we live. Definitely one if the best ones I've had.

Excellent food. The service is fast. The restaurant is sitting near the boat docks. You should not leave without desert. There is a selection of unusual deserts. Below is the moose tracks pie.

Arrived close to closing because it was so light out we didn't realize the time. We were welcomed and seated at a very nice table. Our waitperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options. I had the stuffed salmon in a pastry shell and my girlfriend had the pesto linguine with seafood and sun dried tomatoes (shrimp, scallops, crab, and halibut) with fresh veggies (salmon) and a homemade bread knot. Both were to die for!! Excellently done, full of flavor, and nicely presented.

My brothers and I had a great time dining outside at the Twisted Fish! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the waiter she laughed and joked with everyone at our table. She made our experience delightful.

Food 5/5 service 2/5 The food was very good and the portions were very large. We shared an appetizer and an entree. The crab and artichoke dip was amazing the baguette was soft and perfectly toasted. The halibut burger was very fresh and super delicious! The service was mediocre, the patio was not that busy but we didn't get our waters refilled and our food was delivered with out cutlery.

Best salmon and Halibut tacos with a twist. Steam rice with corn wrapped in tamale leaf. Super cool. The fried salmon appetizers also delicious.

Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Amazing food! Very busy due to the cruise ships but worth the wait. A must go to place.

What a wonderful experience. The food was plentiful and ferociously delicious and the service (despite being crammed from ships entering port) was spot on! Get the full pound of crab legs so you don't leave wanting more!!!

This is a pretty good spot for both lunch and dinner. When it's cold outside you can relax near a fireplace and go over all the adventures you have had in Juneau. It's hard to beat those BIG Alaskan King Crab legs with clarified butter. There are also a great selection of local fish including good old Alaskan salmon and very good Halibut. They also has Taco's, homemade pizza's and a selection of Chowders. A very good menu.We got rained in and basically went from lunch to dinner. Nice local people and good service made the time pass.

We had a quick stop in Juneau before a helicopter tour and it being my first time on a helicopter and not sure if IΓ’β¬β’d make it back in one piece, we decided on Twisted Fish for lunch beforehand in case it ended up being our last meal. It was delicious! I love a lemon butter caper sauce and the chef prepared it with halibut by request and it did not disappoint. After conquering my fear of getting on a helicopter (and safely landing), we decided to go back the same night for dinner. This time we celebrated with Alaskan king crab, cocktails and dessert. OMG the crab was amazing!! ItΓ’β¬β’s definitely on the pricey side compared to back home but it was so worth it. Highly recommend getting the crab.

Amazing King crab, crab bisque and great service! This was with three...THREE large ships docked at Port AND the power went out on the entire block. The staff stayed calm and continued to serve the mass! Great food!

Not too expensive. The salmon croquettes were darn good, and fresh. The craft cocktails were exemplary. Staff was attentive, helpful, and never far away when I needed something. Only downside: they were out of several sizes of their t-shirts. I didn't get my souvenir!

Pleasant atmosphere for just stepping off the boat for a quick bite.
